Wiggins Medical Endoscopic Kerrisons are engineered specifically for bone removal in endoscopic spine surgery, where the working corridor is narrow and every millimetre of visibility counts. A deliberately thin footplate lets the surgeon operate safely through tubular retractors, protecting neural structures while resecting bone in the lateral recess or foramen.

Each shaft pairs with the Wiggins click system rotating handle, which indexes in exact 45-degree steps. The result is controlled angular repositioning of the bite without moving the endoscope — a meaningful efficiency gain in confined anatomy.
