Bivalve nasal splints

Bivalve splints provide controlled, bilateral septal support following correction of the nasal septum. In septoplasty cases they help hold the septum at the midline and limit post-operative shifting of the repositioned cartilage and bone. The same bilateral support makes them a common choice in septorhinoplasty, where functional septal correction is combined with aesthetic refinement of the nose.

Custom-cut silicone splints

For surgeons who want more flexibility in shaping internal support to a specific anatomy, custom-cut silicone splints can be trimmed and fitted to the case at hand, giving precise control over internal nasal support after surgery.

Guastella Mantovani splint
