Custom Cut internal nasal splints give surgeons full control over post-operative nasal support after septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and sinus surgery. Each splint can be trimmed intraoperatively to match individual patient anatomy and surgical approach, rather than forcing a fixed shape onto variable anatomy.

In septoplasty and septal reconstruction, precise internal alignment matters for long-term airway function, and these splints provide targeted stabilization without applying excessive pressure to healing tissue. In rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty, they protect reshaped cartilage, grafts, and sutured septal structures while helping preserve internal symmetry, and can be trimmed in both length and width for complex reconstructions. In revision surgery, the trim-to-fit design is particularly useful for accommodating irregular contours and reinforcing previously reconstructed septal structures.

Two material options are available: 100% fluoroplastic, which offers firmer structural support, and 100% medical-grade silicone, which offers greater flexibility and comfort during healing. Thickness ranges from 0.13mm up to a more supportive 1.5mm, letting the surgeon tune rigidity and pressure distribution to the procedure. Splints are supplied sterile and ready to use.
