Breathe Easy Internal Nasal Splints

This internal splint combines septal support with an integrated airway, so patients can continue breathing through the nose while swelling resolves in the postoperative period. A pre-punched hole at the anterior tip allows the surgeon to secure the splint with a suture, reducing the risk of migration during healing.

Clinical Applications

• Septoplasty – helps hold the septum in midline alignment while preserving continuous nasal airflow; the suture hole guards against displacement during recovery.
• Rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty – provides internal support without obstructing airflow, useful where fine cartilage or septal work needs protection but excess packing is undesirable.
• Functional sinus surgery – keeps healing tissue surfaces separated and eases post-operative obstruction while maintaining septal support.
