Wiggins Medical Bayonet Kerrison Rongeurs are purpose-built for minimally invasive spine surgery, where tubular retractors and the operating microscope leave little room for a conventional shaft. The bayonet offset moves the surgeon’s hand and the instrument body out of the visual axis, keeping the footplate and the target anatomy in clear view throughout decompression.

The line supports precise, controlled bone removal with minimal disruption to surrounding tissue, and its consistency from case to case helps operating teams maintain an efficient rhythm during multi-level MIS procedures. Instruments are produced under an ISO 13485 certified quality system.
