ACE Medical Bayonet Kerrison Rongeurs are purpose-built for minimally invasive and microscope-assisted spine surgery. The offset bayonet shaft moves the surgeon’s hand below the visual axis, preserving a clear line of sight into narrow corridors and tubular retractors while permitting controlled bone resection.

Every rongeur ships with a thin footplate for easier access into tight interlaminar spaces and an integrated ejector that clears bone from the jaw after each bite, keeping the cutting cycle efficient. Typical applications include foraminotomy, lateral recess decompression, and laminectomy.
