The Saylan cannula pairs a single large oval port with two smaller round ports on the same tip, combining high-volume aspiration with a safeguard against clogging. If the main oval opening becomes momentarily blocked by tissue, the two satellite round ports keep the vacuum circuit active, so suction is maintained and tissue is far less likely to be grabbed or torn.

That same mixed port geometry benefits fat grafting work: the differently sized openings harvest a mix of fat lobule sizes, producing a graft that holds together structurally while staying gentle enough to protect cell viability during transfer. Surgeons therefore reach for this design frequently in fat transfer cases as well as high-volume removal and BBL harvesting.

The bullet-shaped, blunt tip is built to move through subcutaneous planes without catching on skin or fascia. Every unit is precision-machined from German-grade 304 stainless steel, with the tip and ports hand-polished to a mirror finish to cut friction and drag — a finish that also simplifies cleaning and supports long-term reliability through repeated sterilization cycles.
