Tri-Port Plus Liposuction Cannula – High Volume Directional Harvester

The Tri-Port Plus is built for speed with control in high-volume liposuction. Six precision-machined ports are arranged in a Double Pyramid pattern across 270 degrees of the shaft — all opening on one side — so the surgeon can aim suction into the deep fat and away from the dermis simply by orienting the cannula. That single-sided layout protects the skin surface while roughly doubling extraction capacity relative to conventional single-row cannulas.

These characteristics make the instrument a natural fit for Lipo 360 circumferential contouring, BBL fat harvesting, and male chest reduction. Every port edge is polished to prevent tissue snagging during aggressive stroking, and the cannula is machined from premium German 304 stainless steel — fully autoclavable and latex-free. Custom builds with concave or convex curvature and swan neck geometry can be ordered.
