Tri-Port Liposuction Cannula – Directional 3-Hole Harvester

The ACE Medical Tri-Port Liposuction Cannula occupies the practical middle ground between a slow single-port instrument and an aggressive Mercedes tip. Three extraction ports grouped on one side of the shaft – the Pyramid arrangement – deliver 270 degrees of suction while leaving the surgeon in full command of where that suction is applied.

Directional Control Protects the Surface

Because every port faces the same direction, the cannula can be rotated so the openings point down and away from the dermis. That keeps the subdermal plexus untouched during superficial passes and helps avoid the rippling and washboarding that radial 360-degree designs can produce in thin-skinned areas. The same three-port layout also gathers fat quickly with low shear, which makes it a capable harvester for autologous fat transfer.

• 2.5 mm x 15 cm – submental and precision zones such as the neck and jawline
• 3.0 mm and 4.0 mm x 26 cm – abdominal and flank sculpting
• 4.0 mm and 5.0 mm x 32 cm – extended-reach debulking in deep fat and higher-BMI patients

• Large 1 in aluminum handle in the legacy Byron style, with a textured grip for torque control

Each cannula is made from German grade 304 stainless steel, with precision-polished ports to prevent tissue snagging; the instrument is reusable, latex free, and fully autoclavable.
