Ports are arranged in a tight helix near the distal tip so that an open port always faces the tissue no matter how the handle is oriented, giving true 360-degree aspiration in a single pass and reducing the number of strokes needed to reach the desired contour.
Because suction is distributed across several openings instead of concentrated at one point, vacuum pressure on any single adipocyte is lower, which limits shear damage during extraction. This helps preserve a lipoaspirate with good cell viability and stromal vascular fraction content, relevant to graft retention in procedures such as gluteal or breast fat transfer. The circumferential suction pattern also feathers the edge of the treated fat layer, blending it into surrounding tissue and making the instrument forgiving to use in areas such as the flanks and thighs where smooth transitions matter.
Three hub options are offered to match different workflows. A Luer lock hub suits precision harvesting with standard syringes, useful for facial fat grafting or other fine work. A 60cc Toomey hub gives a wide bore for rapid, high-volume syringe harvesting without clogging. A large 1-inch aluminum handle suits power-assisted or manual large-volume suction, with an ergonomic grip to reduce hand fatigue on longer cases.
Each cannula is machined from premium German-grade 304 stainless steel, with ports hand-polished to remove burrs, and a smooth bullet-shaped tip for easy passage through the subcutaneous plane. The instrument is fully autoclavable and built for repeated use in a busy aesthetic practice.
