The Keel Cobra Liposuction Cannula combines the aggressive fibrous dissection of a standard Cobra tip with an added layer of surface protection. A structural bar, or keel, spans the cutting aperture, forming a bridge that keeps skin from dipping into the cutting zone. This markedly lowers the risk of buttonholing or surface dimpling when working close to the skin, a common concern in high-definition sculpting.
