Its four small, strategically positioned ports act as a gentle sieve, drawing in evenly sized fat lobules while screening out fibrous tissue. Distributing suction pressure across four smaller openings, rather than concentrating it through one or two aggressive ports, protects the fat cell membrane and the surrounding stromal vascular fraction, which supports better long-term volume retention after transfer.
This gentler harvest is suited to a range of autologous fat grafting work. In facial rejuvenation, the smaller diameters (2.5mm and 3.0mm) yield micro-fat parcels fine enough for injection through small-gauge needles without clogging, supporting precise sculpting of the cheeks, lips, and periorbital area. In breast and gluteal augmentation, the consistent, lump-free harvest helps guard against calcification and supports a soft, natural result, while the multi-port design keeps collection flow steady even at larger volumes. At the donor site, removing fat in small increments from several directions helps avoid the pitting or linear irregularities associated with single-port tools, making the instrument well suited to thin-skinned donor areas such as the inner thighs and knees.
Machined from premium German-grade 304 stainless steel, the cannula’s ports are precision-polished to remain smooth and burr-free, protecting fragile fat cells, and its blunt, bullet-shaped tip glides through tissue planes with minimal trauma. It is fully autoclavable for repeated OR use.
