Coleman Liposuction Cannula Structural Fat Grafting

Graft survival starts at harvest, and this cannula is engineered around that principle. Following the classic Coleman technique, it uses three linearly arranged side ports rather than a high-flow multi-port tip, so lobular fat is drawn in gently and the structural integrity of each parcel is preserved — avoiding the maceration and oil-cyst formation associated with more aggressive harvesting tips.

Application by Diameter

• 2.5mm (12G) – suited to facial fat grafting, such as cheek or nasolabial fold volume restoration, where fat quality and stromal vascular fraction preservation matter most. Typically paired with a Luer lock syringe for controlled manual aspiration.
• 3.0mm (11G) – balances flow rate and tissue protection for larger-volume body contouring work such as breast or gluteal fat transfer, yielding uniform parcels ready for processing and reinjection.

Handle Options

• Luer lock hub – connects to 10cc or 20cc syringes for the closed-system, surgeon-controlled aspiration that defines the Coleman technique.
• 60cc Toomey hub – connects directly to Toomey syringes or canister tubing for higher-volume harvesting.
