Luer Lock Transfer Adapters

These transfer adapters join two Luer Lock syringes tip-to-tip, giving surgical teams a closed pathway for moving and emulsifying fat grafts without exposing the tissue to air. Because the connection stays sealed throughout, the risk of oxidation or bacterial contamination during handling is reduced.

Bore Options and Shear Control

Three internal bore sizes are offered so the surgeon can match shear force to the graft type being prepared:

• 4.0 mm bore — lower shear, suited to rapid transfer of structural fat
• 3.0 mm bore — moderate shear, suited to standard facial fat grafts
• 2.0 mm bore — higher shear, suited to microfat and nanofat preparation

A matching set of solid stainless steel caps is also available for sealing syringes shut during centrifugation.

Construction

The knurled grip on each piece is designed for secure handling with surgical gloves, and the reusable stainless construction withstands repeated autoclave cycles. These Luer to Luer transfer adapters and caps are available to Canadian hospitals and clinics through EB MED CO.
