ACE Medical tumescent infiltration cannulas are engineered to distribute Klein (tumescent) solution quickly and uniformly through subcutaneous fat, producing profound local anaesthesia and vasoconstriction ahead of liposuction. Precision-drilled ports let the fluid permeate fibrous septa and adipose tissue evenly; the resulting hydro-dissection both numbs the region and opens the fat compartment, creating a safer plane for the aspiration cannula that follows.

Tip styles

• Spiral (Klein style): ports arranged helically around the shaft deliver 360-degree saturation without rotating the handle, ideal for wetting large regions such as the abdomen and flanks.
• Multi-hole (sprinkler): a dense port array gives the highest flow rate, shortening infiltration time in high-volume cases including BBL procedures.
• Single port: a directed stream for targeted fluid placement and hydro-dissection of dense, fibrous tissue.
• Facet / angled: directs fluid away from superficial skin layers when a specific delivery direction is required.

Every cannula carries a reinforced stainless steel Luer Lock hub that seals tightly to standard 60cc syringes, pump tubing sets, and manual infiltration handles, preventing leakage of anaesthetic solution or air ingress.
