Adhesive tray tape is a common source of frustration and risk in sterile processing: it fades, peels and can trap bioburden, forcing repeated re-labelling and adding an avoidable infection-control concern. UniClip is a permanent identification system designed to replace tape entirely, giving each tray a clean, durable, trackable label that holds up through repeated sterilization cycles without residue or fading.

The system consists of an aluminum identification tag held by a proprietary universal clip that fits directly into any existing sieve tray, with no adhesive and no need for re-labelling over the tray’s service life. Tags support both linear barcode and 2D Data Matrix or QR scanning, so facilities can integrate them with existing asset-tracking and compliance systems.

Facilities can also configure UniClip to their own workflow: colour-coded plates to flag a department or specialty at a glance, and a choice of text, barcode or matrix marking to suit local scanning and compliance needs.
