The Powergrip Fetoscopic Coagulation Forceps bring a modular approach to fetal surgery instrumentation. Built around a slender 3.0mm shaft, the system assembles from three components — handle, shaft, and the surgeon’s choice of electrode — so a single platform can be adapted to the demands of each case. The electrode is insulated entirely within the instrument, eliminating the possibility of unintended coagulation at any point along the shaft.

Among the electrode options, the bipolar scissor stands out: it both cuts and coagulates with precision, which means fewer instrument exchanges and better continuity of control over the surgical field. This makes the system particularly well suited to fetoscopic interventions that demand fine dissection alongside coagulation, placental vascular procedures, and complex in-utero work where operating space is at a premium.
